About CX/UX Design and Usability Training
UXservices’s Customer Experience (CX) / User Experience (UX) Design and Usability Training guides you to improve your total Customer Experience competencies with global standards and guidelines. Interactive and practical methods of IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis), UXPA (User Experience Professionals of Association) and case studies from Harvard take place to provide information from both academic and practical perspectives.
The training takes two days and starts with a general introduction of Customer Experience and User Experience then goes on with UX Design Process (Strategy, Scope, Information Architecture, Visual Design, etc.). Baris Sarialioglu has over ten years of experience as an information systems professional. He is highly experienced in software development life cycle, project management, agile development, quality assurance, and software testing.
Baris also has diverse experiences spanning several industries, including telecommunications, defense, banking and finance, semiconductor manufacturing, and aviation. Based on this broad experience, he has been involved in several challenging projects and had the chance to work in several different countries, including Turkey, the United States, Russia, Germany, China, and Greece.
He has written articles and papers on software development methodologies, quality assurance, and software testing, and he regularly attends international and national conferences as a speaker, panelist, moderator, and contributor.
Currently, he is one of the managing partners of Keytorc Software Testing Services, where he holds the responsibilities of delivering test consultancy, outsourced test management, and software testing training.
