CONTEST DETAILS
• Record your video. If you don’t have a video camera use your mobile phone
• Send your video to us
• Add the link of your video on this registration form and send the form to uxcontest@uxservices.com until March 20, 2015
• Contest results will be announced on April 28, 2015 at UXistanbul Conference
• To rate uploaded videos please visit UXservices Youtube Channel
• Videos from all over the world are welcome

ENTRY RULES
• Participant must be  at least 18 years old
• Video should be maximum 60 seconds
• The registration form should be filled and submitted to us. It should include the link to your Youtube video
• Each participant can submit only one video

LEGAL MATTERS
• The use of copyright materials in a submitted video (music, images, etc.) is not allowed, unless the producer of the video owns the copyright or has a license to use the material for this competition. UXservices disclaims all liability in relation to the submitted works
• The producers are responsible for the authenticity of the work. The producers also affirm that they have not contracted or will contract any kind of commitments that infringe or violate the rights granted to UXservices, as provided in these rules
• UXservices disclaims any liability for possible plagiarism or other violation of current legislation

OPERATIONAL MATTERS
• A jury will make the final decision at their sole discretion. Jury will also consider the votes/ likes / view counts on each video in making their decision
• “Viralness” can include the competitor’s friends, family, community, school, etc.
• In order to promote the contest, participants grant the UXservices the right to use their names, photographs, statements, quotes, testimonials, and video submissions for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without notification or further compensation
• Participants also grant the UXservices right to use, reproduce, reprint, distribute, perform, and/or display the entrant’s project video without further compensation or notification to the participant
• UXservices has the right to reproduce, reprint, distribute, perform, display, or exhibit the project for publicity, and promotional purposes on their website, at conferences, or at any other venues
• UXservices expressly reserves the right to exclude videos if participants breach these Entry rules, Operational and Legal Matters and  or in case of a corresponding cause or suspicion
